# Associate

> Associates a user with a customer object. Please note that calling this method requires a UserAuthAdmin token.

Associates a user with a [customer object](/api-reference/generated/model/Customer). Please note that calling this method requires a UserAuthAdmin token.

### Parameters

| Username | The username | required |
| CustomerId | The customer id | optional |
| v | Method version. | optional. by default, it's 1. |

### Results

| Message | The message that provides additional information about the result. | always returned. |
