This is a transport object. Its contents are not proof that a license is valid.

Properties

Property	Meaning
`license_key`	The encoded license payload from the response.
`signature`	The license payload’s signature.
`result`	The API result code.
`message`	The API’s result message.

from_string

Parse the API’s JSON response envelope.

Response.from_string(responseString)

Parameters

Parameter	Default	Meaning
`responseString`	Required	The API response envelope as a JSON string.

Result

Returns a Response object. This parser uses the expected API field casing, including licenseKey. A missing result field becomes an error result. Invalid JSON or an unexpected JSON structure can raise an exception.

Checks

Parses fields only. It does not verify signatures or parse the encoded license payload. Python SDK Reference
